IT HAS BEGUN!

FOOTBALL SEASON!
Those two words mean a lot in the Clark house.  It marks the beginning of 4 months of great tension!  Pat and I have entirely different views when it comes to which team to cheer for.  I am a proud Auburn Grad and he an Alabama Alum.   We have had some heated discussions/debates in the past with no resolution.  This year, we are having even more heated debates, and they all stem around Will!   We, long ago, agreed to be civil to each other when it came to football, but now we have made this perfect little angel, who we both love and both (rightfully) claim as ours.   Neither one of us can bare the thought of Will cheering for our arch rival.  Neither one of us are willing to give in and neither one of us like it one bit that the other is pushing their team onto Will!  Poor Will, caught right in the middle and he doesn't have a clue.  So, it has begun.....Will it be Auburn or Alabama.  I have a feeling I need to start praying! :)

6 Months

Will was 6 months old Sept. 1.  Where has the time gone?  I can barely remember what he was like as a tiny baby.  Maybe that's because he was a tiny baby for about a week and then started growing like crazy.

Will, 6 mo.  This is the dog's (and Will's) favorite past time.  They love him just as much as Pat and I do!

Will's Stats at 6 Months:
1.  Weighs 19 lbs. 6 oz.
2.  Is 28 5/8" tall.
3.  Has no trouble sitting up by himself.
4.  Can entertain himself.
5.  Cries when you leave him alone, if only for a quick second.
6.   Reaches for everything and fusses when things are taken away from  him.
7.  Loves food,  most of all peaches.  Enjoys Apple Juice.  Still no teeth.
8.  Is learning to use a sippy cup and munches on puffs and other baby delicacies.
9.  Loves the bath.  He splashes, plays with his toys, and has a great time.
10.  Truly is the greatest gift!  I love him more and more each day.

That face cracks me up!

3 Years

Pat and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary August 25 with a nice dinner at Ruth's Chris and a BRAND NEW CAR!  I have to admit, I love having my new car BUT was EXTREMELY sad to see the old car go.  I cried all the way to the delearship.  I still miss that Maxima.  It was my first car.  By first car, I mean I bought it and we brought Will home from the hospital in that car.  So long Maxima...I miss you!

A few last shots with Old Max.

Here's the brand new Chevrolet Traverse.  It's got all the bells and whistles.  I do love it!

Now, on to the main part of the post.  Pat and I have been married three years and what a difference three years makes.  I thought I'd share this picture of us in high school.  I bet half of you never even knew Pat had hair or have forgotten what he looked like with it.

This picture was taken in Jan of 1998.  We were going to a school dance.

Here we are on our wedding day, almost ten years after that picture above was taken.

AND....Here we are at 3 years.  Thanks Becky for babysitting!  We had a great dinner.

I am so blessed to have such a wonderful husband.  Even though I don't always show it, I am so thankful for Pat and all that he does for our family.  Love you Pat!  Happy Anniversary.

Here's just a random pic of Will.  After all, this is Will's World!

Just a few more....

I am so behind with my blogging.  Will is 6 months old now, Pat and I have celebrated our 3 year anniversary, I got a new car, football is here and summer is officially over. BOO!   I will try to catch up soon, but in the mean time, here are a few more pics of Will at 5 months.

This was the night Will first started sitting up!  Pat was changing Will's diaper and called me back to check out Will and his sitting ability!  Yay Will.  It's so nice to put Will on the floor, with all his toys, and let him entertain himself.

He can also hold himself up for a few seconds with out assistance.

Scoot, Scoot...Will's starting to scoot!

Pool time.  One of the last time's we went this summer....Boo!  I love the water and really hate when the pool closes.

Catching a quick snooze!  His hair looks pretty red in this picture.  It's got some red in it, but it's not as red as this picture makes it out to be.
